Odoo for Restaurants & Hospitality

Till, kitchen, stock, shifts and accounting in one system. Know your food cost per dish, set up for the way you serve.
We are trusted by startups, small, and medium-sized companies:

Hospitality is a business of minutes: guests don't wait, and the shift has no time for systems. The best businesses are the ones where the technology disappears into the background and the team can focus entirely on the guest. That's exactly where we want to get to with Odoo, and it's what we measure ourselves against at Knowlix.

The Challenge

Full house. Thin margins.

The dining room is busy, but the numbers are a mystery until the end of the month. These are the usual reasons.

01

Food costs you see too late

Ingredient prices change every week. You only find out a dish lost money when the month is closed.

02

POS, kitchen and office out of sync

Orders on paper slips, stock in a spreadsheet, sales in the POS and the books somewhere else.

03

Shift planning on Sunday night

Shifts in group chats, hours on paper and swaps by text. You plan the week again every week.

How Odoo fixes it

One system from table to books

Odoo connects your POS, kitchen, stock, staff and accounting. Every order updates everything else on its own.

A POS system made for restaurants

Floor plans, split bills, tips and courses. Orders go straight to the kitchen screen, station by station.

Food cost per dish

Recipes are linked to your stock, so every dish sold reduces the right ingredients. See real margins per dish.

Stock that orders itself

Track ingredients, expiry dates and suppliers. Reorder rules create purchase orders before you run out.

Shifts and hours in one place

Plan shifts around opening hours and time off. Hours and tips flow into payroll.

From order to books

Follow one order through your restaurant

From the table to the kitchen to the books. Nobody types the same order twice.

01
Point of Sale

The waiter takes the order at the table, or the guest orders via QR code or self-order screen.

03
Inventory

Stock goes down

Every dish sold reduces the ingredients in its recipe automatically.

04
Point of Sale

Guest pays

Split the bill, add the tip and pay by card or cash. Loyalty points are added on the spot.

05
Purchase · Accounting

Books and reorders update

Sales land in accounting and low stock triggers the next supplier order.

Don't take our word for it

Leaders love it.

As a SMBs I can't afford to lose time on admin. Before implementing Odoo, managing proposals and orders manually through emails and Excel was exhausting and time-consuming. Now I use one centralized tool where I can easily track my proposals, orders, and deliveries. It has streamlined my workflow, saved me countless hours, and allowed me to focus more on the work that actually matters.

We spent months testing tools that promised results but never delivered what we actually needed. Everything felt disconnected and overly complex, and we were drowning in administrative work. Deep down, we knew what the solution should look like. We just needed the right partner to bring it to life. Then Knowlix changed everything.
